I’ve got an absolute smasher of a wedding to share with you all which took place at the heavenly Lordington Lavender wedding, can you think of any better place to have a wedding? Vicky and Alex had an absolutely amazing day and I was lucky enough to capture them and their guests enjoying every second. Along with the truly stunning setting there were so many hand made and personal details which made this wedding special. With the farming theme in mind the couple travelled from the church to the reception in a old fashion tractor, there were hay ables a plenty and a pressed flower table plan just to mention a few personal touches plus gorgeous wild flower arrangements by Farmyard Flowers. The lavender field is actually part of the grooms family farm so it was the perfect place for Vicky & Alex to celebrate their special day. Vicky was the classic english rose in her Essence of Australia dress and the two of them were completely loved up and a dream to photograph amongst the lavender. I photographed this wedding in a combination of digital, medium format film and 35mm film which were developed by the awesome UK Film Lab. At this wedding I worked alongside Will Warr Creative who has produced a brilliant video of the day, click here to check it out. I won’t ramble on, big thanks go to Frances Carlisle for second shooting for me and of course the beautiful Mr & Mrs Elms for making us feel so welcome on the day. Enjoy the photographs xxx
