I was so looking forward to photographing this wedding ever since meeting Chloe & Kit for their engagement shoot, I had done a fair amount of Pinterest stalking and I could tell from Chloe’s boards of ideas that this was going to be one classy soiree! And it was, smoked salmon on arrival at Chloe’s house, yes please!
As soon as I saw Chloe’s Augusta Jones dress I knew she was going to look just beautiful and she really did, a classic English rose. In the morning I had time to snoop around Westrop House and nose in the marquee which looked incredible decked out with white roses and hydrangeas, I love the chill out area idea for the guests to enjoy their champagne and the feeling of sophistication running through all the details.
The ceremony took place at St. Lawrence church just down the road. The flowers in the church were gorgeous and tied in perfectly with the blooms at the reception. Chloe & Kit left the church in Chloe’s godfathers Bentley and headed back to Westrop House to enjoy their party.
The guests back at the house enjoyed champagne and mojitos which got them in the mood for some very entertaining speeches. In fact I have to say that the best men’s speech was the most hilarious I have ever witnessed 🙂
After that it was time to party and the guests showed off some impressive dance moves rocking out to The Guilty Pleasures.
Thank you to Chloe & Kit for inviting me to photograph you wedding and looking after me so well all day. I wish you all the happiness in the world
